Accessibility of the Site
The Site is, except for technical problems, accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day and seven (7) days a week, all year round, without any obligation on Flamingo Therapeutics’ part.
However, Flamingo Therapeutics reserves the right, without prior notice, to temporarily suspend access to the Site, for technical reasons linked in particular to the need to update, modify or maintain it, and, in general, for any other technical and organisational reason.
Consequently, Flamingo Therapeutics cannot be held responsible for (i) the temporary or total unavailability of all or part of the accesses to the Site, (ii) the presence of a difficulty linked to the response time, and in a general way, for any Site’s performance defect, (iii) any transmission difficulties or, more generally, for any network disturbance and (iv) any damage of any kind that may result from these closures of all or part of the Site.

Contractual limitations on technical data

Intellectual property
